There will be a selection of delicious food stalls and, for the first time, we have a bar run by those terribly nice chaps from the Kemp Town Carnival.  As well as the raffle, bouncy castle and outdoor games, we are introducing a tea tent that will host the Great Brighton Bake Off with prizes in ‘Adults ‘and ‘Children under 16’ categories. Entries must be delivered by 1pm, and judging begins at 2pm by the Head Chef of Jamie Oliver’s, Brighton. Have Your Say: Friends Of Queen’s Park are going to use this year’s Picnic event to launch the first phase of a long awaited consultation on the future of the park. The Friends have been working with the Council towards finding ways of making the park a better place for everyone who uses it.  It is your park and we need to know what you think about it. We will have a stall open on the day, so please visit us and tell us what it means to you, and how we can maintain, preserve and improve this verdant corner of Brighton. Your opinion matters!
